The Innovatec automatic candling & transfer has a unique concept which is specially developed to meet the standards of modern hatcheries.
This unit registers all-important candling data and it candles eggs on six different levels. Besides this, the unit takes out all clears and transfers fertile eggs. The fertility degree does not influence the capacity.
The combination of a very even candling quality, the egg friendly process and the almost complete absence of production stops makes the Innovatec candling and transfer unit very reliable and efficient.
The candling table candles setter trays filled with hatching eggs and gives an overview of the complete setter tray at once.
The eggs are treated with utmost care, reducing breakage to an absolute minimum.
A foot-actuated shield avoids operators from being blinded by radiating light, while both hands are free for removing infertile eggs. The candling table is mobile, due to its compact designs and wheels.
The Innovatec egg transfer unit transfers hatching eggs from setter tray to hatcher baskets. The eggs are treated with utmost care, reducing breakage to an absolute minimum.
The unit can be operated from both sides.
The Egg Transfer Unit is as standard equipped with cylinders that are operated by pressurized air supplied by the hatchery itself.

The ACTL registers all-important candling data, takes out all clears and transfers fertile eggs.
The unit has an extreme egg friendly clear egg removal unit. The degree of fertility does not influence capacity.
Its compact dimensions and high reliability create unsurpassed productivity. The unit can be operated by two persons. It's standard equipped with a full-color touch screen.
The CLEANchick™ Dual Technology is based on non-contact detection of live embryos with unmatched accuracy. This in combination with the traditional candling unit, which allows removal of clear eggs.
The total results in the three categories are being live embryos, clear eggs and exploders plus dead large in shell. It can be used for chicken eggs starting from day 16.
The contact-free concept assures virtually 100% cross-contamination free production.
For ease of cleaning the embryo, the detection unit can be opened like a door, providing easy access to the candling area. The traditional unit is portable.
Providing a capacity depending on the type of setter tray, makes CLEANchick™ Dual Technology already hard to beat. This in combination with the unmatched accuracy puts CLEANchick™ Technology in an unrivaled position.
By using advanced electronics the energy consumption is reduced to a few Watts.
The CLEANchick™ Dual Technology can be supplied to both small as medium-sized hatcheries and is available for all Innovatec candling units.
In combination with the Automatic Backfilling unit, efficiency will be further increased. Optimal filling and an even heat load in the hatcher are ensured.
In order to ensure optimally clean air in the candling room, best biosecurity practice in the hatchers and to allow old flocks to be treated on the separator, Innovatec developed the Exploder Removal System.
This system effectively removes all gas eggs after candling immediately.
