Piccolo, CIP-system

The Piccolo is a clear egg transporting system that meets the highest standard in bio security.

It's an integral system for collecting, transporting, mixing with a preservative and releasing in a silo of clear egg content as well as their shells.

Eggs and shells can standard be transported over a distance of up to 50 metres, for longer distances optional extensions are available.

After production, an integrated C.I.P. system cleans fully automatically all parts that are in contact with egg fluids and shells.

Other features

Biosecurity is maximally secured by the application of an integrated C.I.P. system.

Due to the highly automated concept and the simple and robust construction operational hours and maintenance are limited to a minimum.

The efficient design and energy-saving program for the motors reduces electrical consumption to modern standards.

Extensive testing with the eye on efficient water use reduced water consumption whilst remaining  C.I.P. cleaning with a maximal biosecurity as a result.

Options

Standard one silo is filled, the picture here above shows the optional filling station which enables to fully automatically fill up to four silos simultaneously.

Clear egg re-traying table

Clear eggs are not always waste. In some countries, clear eggs are further processed. Be it for the pet food industry, cosmetics,... In case the clear eggs need to be supplied on pulp trays or plastic flats, the clear egg re-traying table is the solution.

Capacity

As the number of infertile eggs is depending on the fertility, the number of eggs supplied to the re-traying table varies. Take into consideration the maximum number of clear eggs that will need to be processed, and the duration of candling, to calculate the number of positions that will be required.
