The Innovatec in-line (de)stacker, for egg or setter trays, is famous for its simple and reliable design. It can be supplied for 30 egg-egg trays and most know types of setter trays. Depending on how it is used, it can process up to 900 trays per hour. The unit is entirely operated by pressurized air and standard equipped with a control cabinet.
The Innovatec transfer (de)stacker is known for its reliable design. Baskets or boxes are either stacked and transported from a chain conveyor to a dolley, or to a chain conveyor and de-stacked from a dolley.
The baskets or boxes, filled with eggs or day-old chicks, are handled with utmost care.
Depending on how it is used, it is capable of (de)stacking up to 1.600 hatcher baskets of chick boxes per hour.
The unit is entirely operated by pressurized air and can be supplied for almost all available hatcher baskets or chick boxes. The combination of a relatively small surface area and a fluent and effective (de)stacking of the hatcher baskets or chick boxes create an extremely reliable unit with the highest capacity.
