POWERWASH™

The Innovatec POWERWASH™ has been specially developed for use in the hatchery. It can be supplied for the application of hatching baskets or chick boxes.

Clean to an unmatched level

The high-yield nozzle configuration is specially adapted to the types of baskets or boxes in use. The POWERWASH™ concept delivers trays or boxes that are biologically and optically clean to an until-now unmatched level: up to
80% cleaner than with regular washing unit.

Quick nozzle-clean-concept

The POWERWASH™ is equipped as standard with a heat exchanger, a detergent dosing system and the unique Innovatec ‘quick-nozzle-clean-concept’.

Options

• A rinsing unit and a disinfection unit to even further improve the biosecurity
• One or two extra high-pressure pumps per POWERWASH™ to increase the washing capacity
• High-pressure unit for high-pressure pumps, which makes recirculation of the washing water possible

Egg tray and setter tray washing unit - 400

The Innovatec egg- and setter tray washing unit has been developed for use in the modern hatchery.

Maximum results

The Innovatec high-yield nozzle configuration is specially adapted on behalf of the tray applied, creating a maximal washing result.

The egg- and setter tray washing unit is designed to remove fresh fats and proteins as well as dust extremely effective. The unit provides trays that are biologically and optically clean to an until-now unmatched level.

The setter tray washing unit is an extremely compact unit.

The washer is equipped as standard with a heat exchanger, a detergent dosing system and the unique Inovatec ‘quick-nozzle-clean-concept’.

Suitable for candling room

Due to its compact design and the relatively silent operation, the setter tray washing unit can also be applied in the candling and transfer room.

ECOWASH™- Series II - 600

The Innovatec ECOWASH™- Series II concept basket and box washing unit is designed for use in the hatchery. It can be adapted for hatcher baskets as well as chick boxes.

Clean at a high level

The ECOWASH™- Series II delivers baskets and boxes that are biologically and optically clean at a high level.

Easy to clean and use

The unit is easy to access for ease of cleaning and is equipped as standard with main wash and rinsing, variable speed, electrical heat exchangers, a detergent dosing system and a quick side and top guide adjustment system.
Panels can either be rolled to the side or completely removed.

Also stand alone

Both basket or box intake and outtake come with water collection units which help minimise water consumption and create comfortable workplaces in case where the washing unit is used as a standalone unit.

Suction point

To collect and remove steam, a steam suction point is mounted on the output side of the washing unit.

Touch screen

The main functions are controlled by means of a satellite including a digital touch screen display.

Standard delivered

The ECOWASH™- Series II is delivered as standard with a box dripping as well as a 2.45 metre buffer slide.

Options

• A 15 kW pump instead of the standard 11 kW pump
• A rotary filter

Farm, setter or hatcher trolley washing unit

The unit can be executed on behalf of farm-, setter- or hatcher trolleys. The nozzle configuration is specially adapted to the type of trolley in use, creating a maximal washing result.

Standard delivered

The unit is standard equipped with a heat exchange rand detergent dosing system.

Options

• An automatic trolley throughput
• An automatic trolley return
• A rinsing-, disinfection- and/or a special wheel cleaning unit
• Washing reservoir can be mounted in the floor or alternatively on top of the floor
• Doors to avoid loss of sparkling water
