Service is one of the 3 pillars of the Innovatec Total Concept. This service concept accurately advises customers on which parts they need to have in stock, whilst keeping a balanced range of spare parts in store at Innovatec and its suppliers.
The maintenance agreement is another of the 3 pillars of the Innovatec Total Concept. On site at agreed times, Innovatec provides advice, maintenance, staff training, software updates, spare-parts check etc. to ensure continuity and maximum productivity of the production lines. Year after year.
