In light of recent worldwide developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and as its impact continues to evolve, please be assured that Innovatec Hatchery Automation remains committed to supporting your organization and operations.

Current Operating Procedures

At Innovatec, our customers and employees are our top priority. As such, Innovatec is closely monitoring instructions and guidance issued by the relevant governments and authorities of each impacted country. This predominantly concerns restricted travel, and hygiene and safety protocols. Innovatec has relevant preparedness plans in place that can be quickly deployed as necessary. These can and will be revised as necessary as the COVID-19 situation evolves.

Travel and Meetings

We, at Innovatec, will be limiting our travel, for the sake of our customer and employees’ safety and well-being. We will clearly abide by the various countries’ travel restriction policies as well as the guidance of global health authorities. We will also strictly adhere to the policies and instructions of our individual customers regarding on-site visit restrictions. Where necessary and appropriate, we will leverage virtual meeting technology to continue collaborating with our customers and ensure that their business needs are met.

Visiting Innovatec Sites

We also request that, with few exceptions, customers and suppliers postpone visits to our sites. In many cases a virtual meeting can be a good alternative. This is in keeping with the recommendations to restrict travel and will reduce the risk of exposure to the coronavirus and exacerbation of the crisis.

Innovatec will continue to support your operating and service requirements, while respecting your company- and country-specific restrictions. Innovatec’s service teams and specialists can also assist customers remotely. Our technical support line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on +31-345-642-995. Our Hatchery Specialists and Service Staff are prepared to assist you at any time, day or night.
