Spray vaccination is the preferred method for administering respiratory vaccines such as Newcastle Disease (NCD) and Infection Bronchitis (IB), especially when vaccination day old chicks for the first time. When day-old chicks are grouped in boxes of 80-150 chicks the close proximity facilitates the physical lateral transfer of vaccine.
Spray vaccination at hatcheries as compared to spray on-farm has several advantages as lower labour cost, less post-vaccination reaction and fewer environment interfering factors.

Stand-alone spray vaccinator including a portable stainless steel container which is easy to clean to ensure maximal biosecurity. The unit can be adjusted for a wide range of chick boxes.

The chick- injector is designed to inject day old chicks by means of a syringe.
The syringe is operated by pressurised air. Operational air pressure can be adjusted.
Maximal two (option) syringes can be operated.
In case the optional counter is ordered, which enables batch-wise handling, both by ascending or descending counting and including an acoustic signal at the moment an end of a batch has arrived.
The housing is made from stainless steel and also all other applied materials are of top quality.
