Trolley carousel

The trolley carousel has been developed to cope with setter trolleys that are loaded and unloaded on two sides. The smooth rotation ensures the well-being of the embryo.

The carousel which is always used in combination with a loader, and unloader or a loader/unloader. If one side of the trolley is loaded/unloaded, the carousel will rotate the trolley 180° and continue.
If the process is completed, the trolley is released. The trolley can be manually removed from the carousel or being ejected, for automatic re-loading using a walking beam.

Capacity

The capacity depends on the loader, unloader or Unloader/loader used, but capacities of up to 92.000 eggs/hour are available.
