CLEANchick™ Dual Technology

The CLEANchick™ Dual Technology candling principle is based on non-contact detection of live embryos with unmatched accuracy. This is combined with the traditional candling unit, which allows the removal of clear eggs.

The total results in three categories being:

Live embryos
Clear eggs and exploders
Exploders plus dead large in shell

It can be used for chicken eggs starting from day 16 and turkey eggs from day 22. In case of entirely clear eggs need to be identified, CLEANchick™ can be used for chicken eggs from day 11.

For easy cleaning the embryo detection unit can be opened like a door, providing easy access to the candling area, and the traditional candling unit is easy to move.

This system effectively removes all gas eggs after candling immediately.
